Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to this Agreement, Glenn Manger, GM Enterprises, and Publishers-Direct henceforth referred to as the publisher, Owner, and vendor and its clients shall agree to the following terms and conditions:

Publisher is an advertising agency/broker and generates leads for its clients. However, is not affiliated with the client in any manner.

The Leads provided to Clients by the Publisher are intended to be used by the clients for such purposes and in such manner as shall conform to all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, ordinances or similar enactments (hereinafter "Laws") in force and effect at the time such leads are used by the Client for any purpose. Such Laws include, but are not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 41-77), the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act (15 U.S.C. 6101-6108), the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. 6801-6809), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 310), and the laws of any and all states in which the Client does business. The client further warrants that the client shall not resell the leads to any third party known to be in violation of the above mentioned laws.

Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Publisher, Vendor and all subsidiary and affiliated entities against any and all damages, fines, penalties and assessments finally awarded in any litigation, arbitration or administrative action, along with any settlement payments made in lieu thereof, including all related costs and attorney's fees arising out of or otherwise related to the breach of this agreement.

If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract. The client warrants that this agreement encompasses any and all purchases from the vendor.

Client hereby agrees to pay publisher for all leads purchased by the client. Any delay in payment will result in a 3% monthly surcharge payable by the client. Client is also responsible for any attorney fees or reasonable expenses incurred by the publisher to collect payment.

Affiliate Program

This affiliate program is one level paid out at 10%. The payout will be made when your account reaches a minimum of $100.00 of accumulated commissions.All payouts are completed through PayPal only.

Commissions are defined as an order that has been made and delivered before it is eligible for payment. Any orders that have been refunded for any reasons will result in the commission being removed.
